With an intensive Design Thinking Bootcamp, we brought participants from different business units, countries and professional backgrounds to tackle meaningful challenges, identify unmet needs and develop solutions that have the potential to create new value.
Discussions with speakers and participants particularly those involved in rail PPPs highlighted common challenges such as demand risk, fare regulation, and government support. It was also helpful to exchange experiences on how different countries manage contingent liabilities and structure risk-sharing.
Our students had the unique opportunity to engage with outstanding speakers and top-level experts who shared their personal leadership journeys and provided deep insights into the industries they represent.
Overall, it was awesome and fulfilling to be able to work on being a better leader by applying what I have learnt from the programme.
