To thrive in this dynamic and complex environment, infrastructure leaders need to develop a holistic and multi-dimensional perspective that takes into consideration the interdependencies, interactions and impacts of various infrastructure components and stakeholders. In partnership with InCoBan, SMU Executive Development has developed ALPIC, a unique and comprehensive leadership program that aims to equip leaders with the skills, knowledge and mindset to comprehend, analyse and address the complex issues and challenges facing the infrastructure sector.
