Participants will be invited to attend a 1- Day Campus Immersion and Networking Event at the end of the 6 - month journey at SMU campus. During this event, participants will have the opportunity to network with fellow global leaders and interact with programme faculty/directors.

Throughout 6 months, the Senior Leadership Programme will take you through in-depth modules - to gain knowledge and applications specific to your career and organisational goals. These modules will focus on key areas such as Strategic Thinking, Innovation Management, Data-Driven Approaches, and Executive/Leadership Presence.

Professionals with 8+ years of work experience who are looking to lead and execute strategic initiatives and acquire skills to gain professional success
