AI Governance

Overview

This elective module is part of the SMU-SID Directorship programme.

Developed in partnership with Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) and Singapore Computer Society (SCS), this elective module provides board directors with a comprehensive understanding of AI governance, focusing on the implications of generative AI and others forms of AI for business strategy, labour, economy, and talent. 

It addresses governance, compliance, risks, and ethical considerations in AI adoption, equipping directors with the tools and knowledge needed for informed, data-driven decision-making about AI strategy and oversight at the board level.
