As a steward of your company's long-term success, it's critical to understand how ESG expands your reporting, fiduciary and accountability duties. By incorporating ESG considerations into your decision-making processes as a board director, you can ensure that your corporation can not only develop sustainable business practices but also explain to its stakeholders what role it is playing in addressing societal and environmental challenges.
