"The EXCEL Leadership programme structure was very well defined and provided a huge learning curve. The Hogan assessment was very useful to me as it revealed some characteristics of myself that everybody else saw in me, which I didn’t. During the personal coaching session, I was given many insights on where to improve and how to lead my team in my current organisation based on my Hogan assessment. As a leader, it is very important to continuously know yourself and where you stand with your strengths and weaknesses before going forward with an action plan."
