Overview
Demand for AI literacy has surged more than 70% year-on-year, yet 41% of professionals in Singapore still feel unprepared for the pace of change. The gap is not technical, it is strategic.
What today's corporate leaders need is AI leadership literacy: the ability to set AI strategy, govern its risks responsibly, lead teams through AI-driven change, and apply AI meaningfully within their own business functions. And they need it built in a lab environment - short, practical, and hands-on - not through deep technical training designed for specialists.
The AI Leadership Literacy (ALL) Lab responds directly to this demand.
Over three intensive days, this lab-based programme equips mid-to-senior corporate leaders with the strategic judgment, governance frameworks, and change leadership capabilities to drive AI adoption in their organisations.
Every session is grounded in applied, function-relevant practice rather than theory or code, culminating in a judged capstone showcase where teams tackle real AI adoption challenges from their own functions.
