About the Programme

The Singapore Semiconductor Leadership Excellence (SSLE) Programme is a customised programme designed to inspire emerging technical and business leaders to continue creating revolutionary possibilities from the semiconductor industry.

It offers an immersive, hands-on learning experience aimed at fostering both personal and professional growth, equipping leaders to thrive in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous global landscape, with a particular focus on the semiconductor sector. 

Transformational Leadership Programme catered for Leaders in the semiconductor industry

The programme represents a transformation — from an accelerator to a holistic, industry-relevant leadership journey.​ Offered by Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association (SSIA) in partnership with Singapore Management University (SMU), the programme is the culmination following comprehensive reviews with industry and HR leaders.
