SMU Executive Development (ExD) proudly celebrated the graduation of more than 80 international graduates from the Chief Executive Officer Programme, Chief Financial Offer Programme and the Venture Capital Private Equity Programme on 5 December at Singapore Management University's vibrant city campus.
The event marked a major milestone for our participants who have successfully completed these rigorous programmes, which are part of the premier suite of online executive programmes by ExD and Emeritus. For our graduates, the event was an inspiring afternoon of learning, networking, and looking ahead to the future of business leadership.
As part of the graduation experience, we unpacked essential climate actions for business leaders in an illuminating Fireside "The Climate Imperative: What Every CEO, CFO and Investor Needs to Know" with Grace Ho and Amitava Guharoy, moderated by our Head of Learning and Innovation François Bogacz.
Their insights on the intersection of technology, ESG, and finance set the perfect tone for the day, breaking down exactly what today’s leaders need to know about climate risk and sustainability strategy. A huge thank you to our distinguished speakers for leading a critical discussion on integrating sustainability into growth strategies and navigating climate risks in today's financial landscape.
Other key moments included he inspiring sharing sessions from our Emeritus Programme Representatives on their journeys through the programmes and the impact this learning experience has had on their careers, and a invitation and briefing by Director of Office of Alumni Relations Florence Neo to welcome the group of Associate Alumni to SMU's distinguished network of SMU alumni group and changemakers.
