
SMU Executive Development celebrated the completion of the Enterprise Singapore Global Ready Talent (GRT) SEA Edition 2025 Internship Programme—a transformative 12-week summer experience bringing immersive learning and cross-cultural exchange in Jakarta for our future-ready Singaporean talent, to build a globally-minded talent pipeline, ready to shape the future of ASEAN business and collaboration.
The second successful run between 17 May to 8 August welcomed 36 students from all six autonomous universities in Singapore, namely Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore, National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), and Singapore Management University (SMU), proudly supported by SMU Overseas Centre Jakarta, SMU Career Services at the Dato’ Kho Hui Meng Career Centre and SMU Executive Development, which served as the programme admins and organisers for SMU, driving strategic outreach with companies, universities, and students to ensure smooth planning and execution.
The programme culminated in the GRT Celebratory Event in Jakarta on Wednesday 6 August, attended by over 100 representatives from the business, education, and public sectors. The event was graced by His Excellency Ambassador Fook Seng Kwok.
