Dr Flocy Joseph, head of commercial at the Singapore Management University (SMU) Executive Development Office, has been named the winner of the Festival of Feelings campaign, a global initiative honoring personal stories about the Tata Group and the late Ratan Tata.
The contest was initiated in December 2024 by Mr R. Gopalakrishnan, former executive director of Tata Sons, to promote the book Jamsetji Tata, co-authored with Mr Harish Bhat, the brand custodian at Tata Sons.
Out of all 12 entries from around the world, Dr Flocy’s deeply personal and insightful reflections won the final award. Her winning reflection highlights Tata’s integrity, social impact, and responsible leadership—values she actively incorporates into our executive programmes for global corporate leaders, family businesses, and policymakers.
As someone who has never worked within the Tata Group, I often share with Tata leaders how deeply I resonate with the Tata Code of Conduct and hold the group and its leaders in the highest regard. Over the years, I’ve been privileged to interact with some of these incredible leaders, which has only strengthened my admiration for the values and purpose that define the Tata legacy.
